Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Payments).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead Payments product strategy and execution, partnering with engineering and stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end payment experiences, including authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation
• Drive customer understanding by defining problems and translating insights into scalable product solutions

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of direct product management experience and 2+ years leading product managers
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch
• Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing, including ACH and various payment channels
• Experience designing and delivering product integrations, including working with APIs
• Familiarity with payment lifecycles, reconciliation processes, and transaction monitoring
