Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Pay-Ins charter, from strategy through execution, including launching Pay-In collections across key fiat rails
• Design and implement Smart Order Routing automation for fund routing and conversion
• Build payment tracking and reconciliation systems that provide end-to-end observability for customers

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping payments products (API-first) with a focus on reliability and reconciliation
• Ability to write clear, technically grounded specifications and drive trade-offs across teams
• Proven track record as the directly responsible individual for a product line, focusing on adoption and volume
• Strong skills in uncovering customer pain points through direct engagement
• Experience with local payment rails and bank/payment partner integrations is preferred
