Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Product Manager to lead the buildout and management of their Payments Service Provider infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PSP integrations from start to finish
• Maintain PSP settings, monitor system performance, and implement reconciliation protocols
• Act as the cross-functional liaison between Payments, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Product teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a PSP-related role (integration, operations, support, or technical)
• Technical background (e.g., degree in Computer Science or similar, or relevant experience) preferred
• Experience in FX or financial operations preferred
• Exposure to crypto or crypto exchange platforms preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
