Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the development and growth of the Cloaked Pay suite, the full-time Payments Product Manager will define internal operations, execute go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and compliance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and management of the Cloaked Pay suite, ensuring successful product launches
• Analyze product data and customer feedback to adapt and improve the product based on consumer insights
• Manage relationships with bank partners and navigate regulatory requirements to ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• Experience in consumer-based SaaS product management within a startup environment
• Proven track record in scaling products in the fintech industry
• Strong data skills, including proficiency in SQL for interpreting and visualizing business metrics
• Knowledge of ACH, Debit, and Credit Card fundamentals
• Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and running growth experiments
