Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution for global payments capabilities, the full-time remote Payments Product Manager will lead product decisions across multiple regions, partnering with payment processors and internal teams to deliver secure and compliant payment experiences for schools and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategy, planning, and execution of the global payments roadmap across various markets
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform payments product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and scalable payment experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Working knowledge of online payments, including card processing and ACH/bank transfers
• Familiarity with payments compliance concepts such as PCI and fraud prevention
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to inform product decisions
