Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving bank connectivity initiatives, the full-time Payments Product Manager will manage API and SWIFT integrations with partner banks and PSPs, oversee the entire payment lifecycle, and develop a pricing framework, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cross-border and domestic bank integrations via API and SWIFT, ensuring complete lifecycle coverage
• Facilitate the creation and evolution of a competitive pricing framework based on market research and business needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define system capabilities and manage risks across time zones

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments product management or delivery
• Experience with API-based and host-to-host bank integrations
• Knowledge of SWIFT/ISO20022 and cross-border payments
• Strong ability to work within embedded engineering teams in Agile environments
• Proven experience in driving internal platform optimization and operational tooling
