Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time remote Payments Product Manager will manage end-to-end payment experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of high-impact payment features aligned with business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with engineering and stakeholders to drive the creation, planning, and delivery of impactful products and features
• Own the end-to-end payment experiences, including authorization, capture, settlement, and reconciliation
• Analyze data to shape the product roadmap and communicate product vision and performance to a broad audience

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with technical teams
• Knowledge of banking integration and payment processing, including ACH and various payment channels
• Experience designing and delivering product integrations, including working with APIs
• Deep interest in product development and financial infrastructure, with hands-on experience in payments platforms preferred
• Familiarity with payment lifecycles, reconciliation processes, and transaction monitoring
