Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Payments Product Manager to own and enhance core capabilities of the Payments product, focusing on onboarding, compliance, payment rails, and liquidity management, while working collaboratively with engineering and customer-facing teams in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding experience for customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing time-to-first-payment
• Design and prioritize payment rails, including domestic and international options, while ensuring reliability and support during incidents
• Define and oversee product capabilities related to liquidity management, interfacing with bank and stablecoin partners to enhance payment settlement efficiency

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building payments products with knowledge of both US and international payment systems
• Familiarity with cross-border payment operations and regulatory requirements
• Interest or experience in stablecoins and their role in global money movement
• Technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers on payment system details and data analysis
• Demonstrated customer obsession with a focus on understanding and translating customer needs into engineering requirements
