Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager - Payments, the full-time role will manage the development and scaling of a next-generation payments platform, focusing on payment orchestration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the payments product strategy, developing a unified orchestration platform for pay-ins and settlements
• Own the payment orchestrator, driving its evolution and ensuring reconciliation and settlement health across partners
• Conduct hands-on data analysis to improve payment metrics and collaborate with engineering to expand payment methods and integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on payments in a startup or growth environment
• Proven technical fluency, including experience with API-based payment solutions and SQL queries
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment orchestration and authorization flows
• Experience managing payment performance metrics and driving product improvements based on data
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for fintech innovation
