Payments Product Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Payments Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a payment acceptance platform, focusing on large customer implementations and driving platform growth while collaborating with clients and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product manager and program leader for the payment acceptance platform, developing and maintaining the long-term product vision and strategy
- Lead complex customer implementations, ensuring delivery of contractual commitments and operational readiness
- Manage relationships with technology providers and strategic partners, overseeing vendor performance and ensuring seamless client experiences
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management within the financial services or payments industry
- Strong understanding of electronic payment systems, including card-based and ACH transactions
- Experience leading large-scale customer implementations and managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and NACHA regulations
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
