Payments Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and delivery of a payment acceptance platform, the full-time salaried Payments Product Manager will lead complex customer implementations, prioritize product enhancements, and drive platform growth while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product manager and program leader for the payment acceptance platform, developing and maintaining the product vision and roadmap
- Lead complex customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring delivery of contractual commitments and operational readiness
- Manage relationships with technology providers and strategic partners, establishing performance metrics and overseeing contract compliance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management within the financial services or digital payments industry
- Proven track record in leading complex implementations and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of payment industry regulations, including PCI DSS and NACHA
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives
