Payments Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Payment Experience domain, the full-time remote Payments Product Manager will manage the product vision and strategy, drive merchant adoption of payment services, and optimize payment workflows to enhance processing revenue and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and quarterly roadmap for the Payment Experience domain
• Drive the growth of surcharge enrollment and manage tender-type adoption, including partnerships with BNPL and alternative payment methods
• Conduct product discovery and validate outcomes post-ship to ensure alignment with business goals and merchant needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role
• 3+ years working with Agile/Scrum teams, leading sprint planning and backlog management
• Direct experience in payments, including understanding of authorization, capture, and settlement processes
• Proven track record of navigating regulated payments constraints as design inputs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
