Key Responsibilities

• Owns and refines the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives and customer value
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define clear, testable requirements and develops Business Requirements Documents
• Leads Agile ceremonies and ensures alignment of backlog priorities with product vision and stakeholder needs

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product ownership or related technical/product roles
• Extensive experience in the fintech space, specifically with payment and transaction software
• Advanced experience managing large or complex backlogs with competing priorities
• Deep understanding of Agile product delivery and iterative software development
• Strong analytical skills for breaking down ambiguous business needs into strategic solutions
