Job Summary

As a full-time remote Payments Product Owner, the successful candidate will manage the financial lifecycle of transactions, ensuring seamless and secure payment processes while translating high-level strategies into effective technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, refine, and prioritize the sprint backlog, partnering with product management for reliable sprint execution
• Implement and maintain precise accounting-ledger controls to ensure data integrity for automated reconciliation
• Lead Agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives, ensuring compliance and accuracy in regulated financial systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with ownership of complex payment or reconciliation systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing software for high-volume transactions and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills to translate ambiguous business needs into strategic product solutions
• Advanced experience managing complex backlogs within an iterative software development lifecycle
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate between finance and development teams
