A company is looking for a Program Manager, Payments to oversee the launch and scaling of their sales tax payments program.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end launch planning and execution for the sales tax payments product
• Lead complex, multi-team programs ensuring accountability and execution across stakeholders
• Identify operational, product, and customer experience gaps, driving improvements for reliability and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing or launching a payments product
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical systems
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience with sales tax, compliance, or government payments is a plus
