Payments Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, eCommerce Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a payments program management team, providing guidance and performance feedback
• Oversee planning and execution of billing and payments programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Establish program management best practices and support the development of program roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 5 years of management experience in program management, payments, or billing
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the billing and payments domain, preferably in a tech or eCommerce environment
• Experience with enterprise billing and ERP platforms, preferably Zuora
• Familiarity with payment gateway and processor platforms, as well as AI and automation concepts
