Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Regulatory Product Counsel - Payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance for the Bank's Payments initiatives, focusing on federal and state consumer payments laws and regulations
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Stay updated on relevant banking and payments regulations and trends that may impact the company's Payments vertical

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience specializing in payments
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar
• Experience reviewing commercial and consumer disclosures for payments services
• Experience applying payments laws and regulations in fintech and crypto environments
• Experience in a law firm advising clients regarding payments services preferred
