Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of payments risk and compliance experience, preferably with hands-on analyst work
• Experience in modern payments companies, processors, or fintechs
• Strong understanding of AML, sanctions, and global best practices
• Proven ability to manage and develop distributed global teams
• Experience translating complex regulatory requirements into accessible language
