Payments Risk Platform Manager

Job Summary

Owning the post-transaction product strategy, the remote Payments Risk Platform Manager will manage the dispute lifecycle from chargeback processing to proactive dispute prevention, driving product improvements and building scalable infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for dispute lifecycle management, including chargeback ingestion and representment decisioning
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to enhance dispute decisioning models and translate insights into actionable roadmap improvements
• Design and implement proactive dispute prevention capabilities and scalable infrastructure for new payment methods and product verticals

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management focused on payments, Payments Risk, or related products within technology or financial services
• Prior experience with dispute lifecycle management and a strong background in fintech
• Proven track record of launching and scaling fraud prevention and dispute resolution products
• Technical experience as an engineer, data scientist, analyst, or operations professional
• Experience integrating Gen AI solutions to deliver business value
