Payments Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Engineer to support sales and customer success in the short-term rental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on the booking engine and payment products
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive deals with prospective and existing customers
• Lead the discovery process to assess product fit and validate technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services or sales engineering experience
• Experience with e-commerce and/or payment processing
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
• Working knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus
