Job Summary
Leading the go-to-market strategy and revenue execution, the full-time salaried Payments Sales Leader will build and manage Zuora's Payments portfolio, overseeing a specialized team to drive sales and adoption of innovative payment solutions in a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Payments go-to-market strategies and revenue goals, focusing on ARR growth and attach rates
- Define and implement end-to-end sales plays, including messaging, competitive positioning, and channel strategy
- Lead and enable the overlay sales team to support field sales efforts and develop repeatable sales motions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in payments or fintech, with a strong background in sales and business development
- Proven track record in selling Payment Service Provider (PSP) products and managing complex deals
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including gateways, acquirers, and fraud prevention tools
- Experience leading specialized sales teams and building effective sales enablement programs
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
