Job Summary

Leading the go-to-market strategy for Zuora's Payments portfolio, the full-time Payments Sales Leader will manage revenue execution, build a specialized sales team, and drive adoption of new payment capabilities while working in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the Payments go-to-market plays and revenue targets, including ARR growth and attach rates
  • Define end-to-end sales plays, including ideal customer profiles, messaging, and channel strategies
  • Lead and enable a specialized overlay team to support field sales in complex payment deals
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in payments or fintech with a strong sales background
  • Proven track record in selling Payment Service Provider products and managing partner ecosystems
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including gateways, acquirers, and fraud tools
  • Experience in leading sales enablement initiatives that enhance field performance
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
