Payments Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), payer operations, and claims and financial systems
• Utilize data to inform decisions in claims visibility, interpretability, and actionability
• Translate manual payer and claims processes into scalable, automated systems to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in platform or infrastructure areas, with financial or healthcare systems experience a plus
• Ability to leverage data for decision-making without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
• Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and solving problems that impact multiple user types
• Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to overcome obstacles and drive outcomes
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
