Job Summary

Driving strategic growth in the payments sector, the full-time salaried Payments Services Vice President will manage payment operations, enhance member experiences, and foster collaboration across departments while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of insights from payment communities to enhance member experiences and inform strategic decisions
• Oversee operational responsibilities for various payment channels, ensuring performance metrics and service level agreements are met
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with payment operations, while optimizing servicing processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in payments and operations within the financial services industry
• At least 8 years of experience in leading diverse teams, including hiring and performance management
• Proficiency in managing financial statements and analyzing risks at a corporate level
• Comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements related to payment channels
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree; advanced degree preferred
