Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Merchant Training/Activation for Customers
- New Account Onboarding and Utilization
- Resolve Escalations for DI Payments Feature
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in customer service and interdepartmental collaboration
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to facilitate the underwriting process with the underwriters and customers
- Experience assisting with, and potentially owning, payments projects
