Payments Strategy Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director / General Manager, Payments & Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Payments strategy across the platform
• Manage existing gift card business and build new financial products in the Fintech space
• Collaborate with various teams to create strategic plans and drive growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-performing cultures such as tech, operations, or consulting
• Experience in the fintech and/or payments industries is required
• Previous management experience, ideally managing a multi-level organization
• Completed Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
