Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in payments or 8+ years with an advanced degree, including 4+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in payment processing systems and alternative payment methods
• Proven track record in directing complex payment operations for high-volume platforms
• Strong understanding of payment security standards and risk management
