Payments Strategy Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive payment strategy, the fully remote Head of Payments will manage an international team to enhance the company's global payment infrastructure, optimize financial performance, and implement innovative payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the company's payment infrastructure, including pay-ins, payouts, and anti-fraud operations
• Define and execute the payments strategy aligned with business growth and profitability goals
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new payment solutions, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Proven experience owning payments P&L and driving financial performance in high-volume environments
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of cost optimization and revenue impact
• Product-oriented leader with experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Strategic thinker capable of innovating and scaling payment solutions
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs and fraud prevention
