Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist to manage complex payment-related issues and provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customer Support, troubleshooting and resolving complex Integrated Payments issues
  • Document interactions and manage merchant issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution
  • Assist in developing standard practices and procedures while participating in cross-functional team projects
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Support role
  • Experience with Stripe or other payment gateways is a plus
  • Skilled in using CRM systems such as Zendesk and Hubspot
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to use multiple systems while troubleshooting and researching issues
