Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client requests related to payments escalated by first line support
- Check transaction statuses and interact with payment providers
- Initiate manual crediting or rejection of transactions as per regulations
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of payment systems (deposits/withdrawals, bank transfers, e-wallets)
- Confident PC user with experience in CRM, admin panels, and Google Sheets
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading system messages and correspondence
- Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule
- Experience in fintech or support/payments operations is a plus
