Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process client requests related to payments escalated by first line support
  • Check transaction statuses and interact with payment providers
  • Initiate manual crediting or rejection of transactions as per regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of payment systems (deposits/withdrawals, bank transfers, e-wallets)
  • Confident PC user with experience in CRM, admin panels, and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate English proficiency for reading system messages and correspondence
  • Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule
  • Experience in fintech or support/payments operations is a plus
