Job Summary
Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Payments Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries and technical escalations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and troubleshoot customer support inquiries related to Payments across various channels
- Support specialists by resolving technical issues and facilitating knowledge transfer
- Liaise with internal and external teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support and at least 1 year in Payments
- Proficiency with helpdesk and project management platforms such as Zendesk and Jira
- Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in managing difficult conversations and maintaining composure under pressure
- Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to feedback
