Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Payments Support Specialist will manage customer inquiries and technical escalations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and troubleshoot customer support inquiries related to Payments across various channels
  • Support specialists by resolving technical issues and facilitating knowledge transfer
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support and at least 1 year in Payments
  • Proficiency with helpdesk and project management platforms such as Zendesk and Jira
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing difficult conversations and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to feedback
