Job Summary
Processing client payment requests, the full-time Payments Support Specialist will manage transactions, interact with payment providers, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Process client requests related to payments, including deposits and withdrawals, escalated by first-line support
- Check transaction statuses and interact with payment providers using predefined templates
- Record actions in internal systems and prepare shift reports detailing processed requests and issues identified
Required qualifications
- Basic understanding of payment systems, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank transfers
- Experience as a confident PC user, familiar with CRM systems, admin panels, and Google Sheets
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading system messages and correspondence
- Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
