Job Summary

Processing client payment requests, the full-time Payments Support Specialist will manage transactions, interact with payment providers, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Process client requests related to payments, including deposits and withdrawals, escalated by first-line support
  • Check transaction statuses and interact with payment providers using predefined templates
  • Record actions in internal systems and prepare shift reports detailing processed requests and issues identified
Required qualifications
  • Basic understanding of payment systems, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank transfers
  • Experience as a confident PC user, familiar with CRM systems, admin panels, and Google Sheets
  • Intermediate English proficiency for reading system messages and correspondence
  • Ability to work night shifts or on a shift schedule
  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
