Payments Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Payments Team Lead will oversee the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams, ensuring performance management, efficient operations, and compliance with payment processing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor the Payments Team, focusing on training and performance management to meet KPIs
• Manage daily operations for Chargeback and Accounts Receivable teams, ensuring efficient case processing and timely payment handling
• Analyze data trends in chargebacks and accounts receivable, providing insights and reports for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or e-commerce payments, with knowledge of chargebacks and Accounts Receivable
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, responsible for team performance and development
• Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends and implementing process improvements
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
