Payments Team Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time remote Payments Team Manager will oversee the global payment product roadmap, manage vendor certifications, and implement alternative payment methods while collaborating with various internal teams to enhance payment capabilities and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute the global payment product roadmap across digital and in-property channels
• Coordinate certification and onboarding of global payment vendors and support the development of standardized frameworks
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting accountability and delivery excellence in payment initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in payments or payment product management
• 2-3 years of people management experience, including managing FTEs and/or contractors
• Experience working with payment systems, service providers, or digital commerce platforms
• Familiarity with agile environments and tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Confluence
• Strong collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams
