Payments Technical Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments Industry Technical Consultant experienced in ACI MTS and UPF products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for ACI MTS and UPF products, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Migrate entitlements, locations, queues, and payment sources from MTS to the Control Center (CC)
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall system stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with ACI MTS & UPF products and their configurations
• 2+ years of experience with ACI frameworks, including APSF, UPF, and IPF
• 2+ years of experience with MCAS and ICEXS configurations
• 2+ years of experience with the Control Center (CC) web UI
