Job Summary

Providing technical support for online and mobile services, the full-time Payments Technical Specialist will assist members and employees with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product testing and training, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting members and employees with technical support inquiries related to online and mobile services
  • Collaborating with vendors on new rollouts and member-related issues to ensure timely service levels
  • Conducting testing for system upgrades and maintaining up-to-date training manuals and procedures
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in IT, customer service, account management, or banking
  • Experience troubleshooting software, browsers, or hardware integration
