Job Summary
Leading the go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for Zuora's Payments portfolio, the full-time VP of Payments will manage a specialized overlay team to drive adoption of new payment capabilities while coordinating with sales and partner ecosystems.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Payments go-to-market plays and revenue targets, focusing on ARR growth and attach rates
- Define end-to-end strategies including segmentation, messaging, and channel strategy for payment solutions
- Build and lead sales enablement efforts to support field teams in achieving repeatable sales motions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in payments or fintech with a focus on sales and partnerships
- Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including gateways, acquirers, and fraud tools
- Proven experience leading overlay sales teams and managing partner ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills in GTM metrics and pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
