Job Summary

A company is looking for a PayOps Manager to manage and optimize payment operations across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations, including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and exception handling
• Operationalise and manage company accounts, ensuring accuracy, liquidity alignment, and timely settlements
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of payment analysts to maintain high performance and accountability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and across different time zones
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results under pressure
