Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage payer audits and appeals in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with billing centers and communicate with vendors regarding invoices and information requests
  • Process and follow up on vendor invoices, including data entry and appeals preparation
  • Collaborate with team members to support activities and workflows related to payment disputes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of medical billing guidelines, CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
