Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage payer audits and appeals while collaborating with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison with billing centers and vendors to obtain and distribute information
- Process and follow up on vendor invoices, including data entry for payment disputes
- Analyze payments and prepare appeals for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR)
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
