Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage payer audits and appeals while collaborating with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with billing centers and vendors to obtain and distribute information
  • Process and follow up on vendor invoices, including data entry for payment disputes
  • Analyze payments and prepare appeals for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR)
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
