Payor Dispute Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payor Dispute Coordinator to manage payer audits and appeals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison with billing centers to manage information requests
• Process and follow up on vendor invoices and payment disputes
• Analyze payments and prepare appeals for Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Experience in physician healthcare reimbursement
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
