Job Summary
Payor Dispute Coordinator, a full-time remote position, is responsible for supporting arbitration filings related to payment disputes between providers and health plans while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and filing of payment disputes through the IDR process
- Analyze underpaid claims and prepare supporting documentation for arbitration
- Maintain accurate data related to dispute submissions, payer offers, and resolution outcomes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable adapting to frequent process changes and evolving system needs
- Commitment to honest and ethical business conduct
