Job Summary
Supporting the Independent Dispute Resolution operations, the full-time remote Payor Dispute Coordinator will manage arbitration filings related to payment disputes, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely and accurate dispute workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and filing of payment disputes through the Federal IDR process
- Analyze underpaid claims and prepare supporting documentation for arbitration
- Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to gather or share information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to honest and ethical business conduct
