Job Summary

Supporting the Independent Dispute Resolution operations, the full-time remote Payor Dispute Coordinator will manage arbitration filings related to payment disputes, collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely and accurate dispute workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and filing of payment disputes through the Federal IDR process
  • Analyze underpaid claims and prepare supporting documentation for arbitration
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to gather or share information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to honest and ethical business conduct
