Payor Partnerships Specialist

Job Summary

Managing complex contract reviews, the full-time remote Payor Partnerships Specialist will operationalize and maintain Fee For Service Agreements while resolving network issues and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely reviews of contracts, focusing on performance language, codes, and operational language
• Independently research and resolve complex claims issues by collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain data integrity across various systems and provide weekly reports on workflow and task management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and experienced with database management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage high-pressure situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder updates
