Job Summary

Supporting the Payor Relations team, the part-time Payor Relations Coordinator II will complete administrative tasks, maintain payor relationships, and assist with revenue capture in a remote position based in Stuart, FL.

Key responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Payor Relations Manager, including credential generation and maintaining payor information
  • Monitor payor communications and assist with contract processing and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate tracking of completed and in-progress work, reporting on a recurring basis
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in fields such as insurance verification, medical billing, or contract administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence
  • Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days of employment
