Job Summary
Supporting the Payor Relations team, the part-time Payor Relations Coordinator II will complete administrative tasks, maintain payor relationships, and assist with revenue capture in a remote position based in Stuart, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Complete administrative tasks assigned by the Payor Relations Manager, including credential generation and maintaining payor information
- Monitor payor communications and assist with contract processing and related documentation
- Maintain accurate tracking of completed and in-progress work, reporting on a recurring basis
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant experience in fields such as insurance verification, medical billing, or contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days of employment
