Payor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payor Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch and warehouse location licensure and ensure timely renewals
• Oversee credentialing processes, including Medicare and Medicaid enrollment applications
• Initiate contact with payors for new contract opportunities and maintain relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience in healthcare, preferably DME
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare payor relations with a focus on provider enrollment
• Thorough understanding of state and federal licensing and provider enrollment requirements
• Experience with Medicare's PECOS system and state Medicaid enrollment is preferred
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements is advantageous
