Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payor Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete utilization review functions for admitted patients, including communication with payors and processing denials
• Document payor determinations, authorization details, and follow up on accounts as directed
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate the review process and communicate workflow issues to leadership

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a healthcare setting
• One year of payor relations experience
• One year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Knowledge of third-party payers required
