Payor Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Payor Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for new and existing payor agreements, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals
• Own the full contracting lifecycle from initiation through implementation and operational readiness
• Build and maintain strong relationships with payor partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract operationalization

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related degree
• Minimum five years of experience negotiating payor and/or provider agreements
• Knowledge of managed care regulations and laws, preferably in behavioral health
• Experience with alternative payment models such as Value Based Programs and Risk Arrangements
• Ability to work remotely and travel for payor visits or conferences
