Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end negotiation of payer agreements, optimizing rates and contract structures
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to align contracts with business goals
- Maintain relationships with national and regional payers, providing insights on trends and priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in managed care contracting with a strong negotiation track record

- Established relationships with payors and knowledge of reimbursement models
- Experience in aligning contracting strategy with financial and operational realities
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in fast-paced environments
