Job Summary
Payroll Account Manager, a full-time remote position responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and serving as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client payroll-related inquiries
- Build and maintain positive client relationships while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, HR, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll administration experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing with a multi-client focus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with HRIS platforms (preferably UKG Ready)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
